ZLP Suspended Platform Components: How the System Works

Understand the platform, hoists, ropes, suspension and controls before comparing a standard steel model, an aluminum arrangement or a custom facade layout.

The platform and the lifting path

Modular sections form the deck used by workers and their equipment. Electric hoists move the assembly along the working ropes. The required load includes personnel, tools and materials, while deck length must suit the area being reached. A larger nominal capacity does not by itself solve corners, recesses or restricted access.

Separate lifting, protection and support

Working ropes and safety ropes have different roles. Safety locks and emergency controls form part of the documented protective arrangement. The suspension assembly transfers forces to the supporting structure. Electrical supply, rope specification and roof conditions must therefore be reviewed together; this overview is not an installation or rescue procedure.

Compare the complete delivery

Use the series page for capacity and material choices, the steel model page for its stated configuration, and the custom page when geometry changes the design. For cleaning work, include tools and hoses in the task brief. Request a component list showing the platform, hoists, controls, ropes and suspension items included in each quotation.
