220V Suspended Platforms: Power and Working-Height Selection

Specify voltage, phase, frequency and working height together before ordering a suspended platform for facade work.

Voltage does not identify the complete configuration

A 220V supply can be single-phase or three-phase. Record the available phase, frequency and site supply before selecting the hoists and control box. Xingdou lists a ZLP800 example with two 1.8 kW motors and several supply options; that example does not confirm every voltage and phase combination for a SUCCESS platform.

Treat 100–300m as a project requirement

SUCCESS supplies ZLP platform systems. Its current published range lists a standard lifting height of 100m. A request for 200m or 300m needs a separate review of rope and cable lengths, suspended weight, electrical supply and the roof suspension arrangement. Rope length alone does not establish the allowable working height or load.

What to send for an electrical quotation

Provide the required working height, total working load, platform dimensions, voltage, phase, frequency and roof drawings. Request the proposed hoist and control-box identification, electrical diagram and applicable load/configuration information. Confirm whether a stated motor rating is per hoist or for the complete platform. An 800kg or 1.8 kW label alone is insufficient to establish compatibility.
