ZLP Suspended Platform

Modular ZLP systems for facade construction, window cleaning and building maintenance. Compare capacities, materials and project configurations.

Compare configurations

  • Required load and platform length
  • Working height and roof arrangement
  • Site voltage and destination port

Choose by the working conditions

Begin with the facade layout and the combined working load, then compare platform length, material and suspension geometry. ZLP model names help identify a series but do not replace a complete equipment schedule. Keep roof supports, hoists, safety locks, ropes and electrical requirements in one quotation so that omitted components are visible before ordering.

Selection at a glance

Working platform and suspensionThe deck provides the working area; the suspension arrangement transfers its loads to the supporting structure. State deck length and material alongside the roof layout. Neither platform length nor counterweight quantity should be selected independently of the approved arrangement.
Hoists, ropes and safety locksThe hoists provide lifting motion; safety locks perform a separate protective function. Rope type and diameter must match the specified components. Request the component designations and required rope lengths together rather than treating visually similar hoists or locks as interchangeable spare parts.
Electrical supply and controlsSpecify voltage, phase and frequency from the site's available supply. The control box, motors and cables must be specified as a compatible package. Destination country alone is not an electrical specification, and a catalogue voltage option is not confirmation that the selected assembly is configured for it.
