Specify the power source, mobility, controls and delivery destination. Ask for documentation covering the exact model and configuration.
Plan the access and handling route
Maintenance selection depends on the position of the asset, available floor or overhead support and the route for tools and replacement parts. Separate routine access from lifting heavy components. Describe obstructions and any restricted environment at enquiry stage; ordinary catalogue equipment should not be assumed suitable for explosive atmospheres or other special conditions.
