Start with the panel
Provide maximum weight, length, width, thickness and surface finish. A capacity figure alone does not establish compatibility with a particular glass panel.
Define the required movement
Specify the required lift height, rotation, turnover and positioning. Confirm which movements are manual or powered on the proposed model.
Check the travel route
Describe the ground surface, doorway width, turning clearance and installation location. The supplier needs these details to review the mobile chassis and suction-pad arrangement.
Plan the access and handling route
Follow the panel from storage to its final position: pickup, transport, rotation and placement may require different movements. Check the narrowest access point and clearance around the frame. A vacuum lifter holds and positions a compatible panel; it does not remove the need to assess the carrier, supporting floor or separate crane used in the lifting arrangement.
