Information you provide and technical data
When you submit an inquiry, the enabled form sends your entries to our inquiry service. Entries may include your name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company, country, message and product requirements. Related page and referral information may accompany the request. Hosting and technical services may process IP addresses, browser and device information and request times to deliver and protect the service. Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact and project details to respond.
Why we use this information
We use inquiry information to answer equipment questions, prepare requested quotations and communicate about your project. Technical information supports website operation and security. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on responding to pre-contractual requests or our legitimate interests in business communication and service protection, as applicable. Optional analytics relies on consent where required. Sending an inquiry is not consent to optional analytics.
Inquiry retention: 30 days
Our retention period for personal information submitted as an inquiry is 30 days from submission. You can contact us to request earlier deletion, subject to applicable law. This inquiry policy does not mean that Google analytics data is automatically deleted after the same period; analytics retention is controlled separately through the relevant service settings and policies.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website use and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage tracking tags.
