Identify the existing hoist
Photograph the nameplate and record the complete model, serial information and electrical supply. A shared family name does not establish that a proposed replacement matches the installed platform.
Check the complete arrangement
Provide the wire-rope specification, mounting photographs and the platform configuration. The hoist, controls and suspension arrangement must be reviewed together. Do not select a replacement from appearance or motor power alone.
Prepare a replacement inquiry
