Electrical controls for the platform system
SUCCESS supplies electric control boxes for suspended platforms. The control assembly provides the operator interface for the connected hoists and the specified electrical functions. Assemblies differ in power supply, connectors and wiring arrangement; use the equipment documentation to define the required configuration.
Record the electrical configuration
Provide the supply voltage, phase and frequency from the equipment documentation, together with the hoist identification and control-box nameplate. Include clear photographs of the existing connections and enclosure.
Review the interfaces
Connector appearance alone does not confirm electrical compatibility. Ask for the proposed wiring diagram and the interfaces required by the existing equipment. Electrical work and verification belong to competent personnel following the applicable equipment instructions.
