Confirm the project jurisdiction first

A 630kg rating alone does not establish that a suspended platform is suitable or approved for a UAE project. The UAE government identifies local municipalities as the authorities overseeing building and construction safety. Confirm the emirate, relevant project authority, contractor requirements and current applicable rules before deciding which documents and approvals the delivery needs.

Ask the site team to define the approval pack

Provide the proposed platform configuration and manufacturer documents to the responsible contractor or consultant. Ask them to identify the required inspection, operator competence, installation review and emergency-planning evidence. Dubai and Abu Dhabi publish their own safety material; neither a supplier's general certificate nor guidance for another jurisdiction establishes approval for the specific site.

Keep the equipment quotation and approval separate
