SC200 Construction Hoist Gearboxes: Ratio and Interface Matching
Identify the gearbox, ratio, motor and mounting interfaces before requesting a replacement for an SC200 construction hoist.
Start with the installed drive
SUCCESS supplies construction-hoist gearboxes and reducers. An SC200 designation identifies a hoist family, not a universal replacement gearbox. Send the equipment and reducer nameplates, existing drawings and clear photographs of the motor connection, housing and output arrangement.
Published ratios are configuration examples
Suteng lists a 1:16 reducer for its SC200 configurations, while JINNTA lists 1:14 for its SC200/200VD. These are examples from different manufacturers, not interchangeable SUCCESS options. A matching ratio is only one check; the drive speed, permitted load, shaft arrangement, mounting and brake integration must also correspond to the installed equipment.
Make the quotation specific
State the ratio shown on the existing unit, motor identification, left/right arrangement, mounting dimensions and required quantity. Request the proposed assembly drawing, rated input/output data and lubrication instructions for that exact unit. Oil grade, filling quantity, bolt torque and service intervals must come from the supplied manufacturer's documentation; they are not inferred from another SC200 gearbox.
