Record the original manufacturer, full crane model, serial details and mast-section designation. Include the approved drawing, connection photographs and required quantity; a crane-capacity label or a photograph alone does not establish interchangeability.
Use dimensions as a cross-check
HYCM publishes a 1.835 × 1.835 × 2.5m mast-section example for its QTZ125(6018). That is a named third-party example, not a universal QTZ125 dimension or a confirmed SUCCESS assembly. Compare the complete section and connection drawing, including connection layout, hole or pin dimensions and the specified material, before accepting a proposed replacement.
Match the fastening specification
Send the fastener part number or drawing, thread and length, required grade, nut/washer specification and connection location.
