Compatibility and Ordering

Provide the platform model, hoist model, rated load, voltage, frequency, motor power and wire-rope diameter. Photographs of the nameplate, electrical plug and mounting points help confirm the correct LTD80 hoist.

The hoist, safety lock and wire rope must be selected as a matched system. Do not substitute a different rope diameter, motor or brake arrangement without technical review.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the casing, brake, traction mechanism, rope guide, electrical cable and mounting points. Stop using the unit if the rope slips, the brake does not hold, abnormal noise occurs or the housing is damaged. Internal repair should be completed by qualified personnel.
