Suspended Platform Gondola in Aluminum Alloy
This gôndola de plataforma suspensa uses modular aluminum platform sections for window cleaning, facade maintenance, exterior painting and high-rise construction. Aluminum reduces component weight during assembly and relocation while retaining the load capacity required for the selected ZLP model.

The hoist casing uses aluminum alloy, while internal drive components use wear-resistant steel and bronze materials. The rope guide should be inspected regularly and replaced if wear affects smooth rope travel.
Window Cleaning and Facade Work
The suspended platform gondola allows workers to move vertically along glass and exterior wall areas without building full-height scaffolding. Typical work includes window cleaning, sealant replacement, glass inspection, curtain wall installation, painting and facade repair.

Aluminum or Steel Platform
Aluminum sections are easier to handle during repeated assembly and transport. They also provide good corrosion resistance for cleaning and maintenance work. Painted steel is usually the most economical option, while hot-dip galvanized steel provides additional surface protection for demanding environments.
Material choice does not replace an engineering review. Rated load, platform length, roof conditions, wind exposure and local rules must be considered for each project.
Safety Checks
Before operation, inspect the roof suspension mechanism, counterweights, platform fasteners, electrical cable, hoist brakes, wire ropes and safety locks. Complete the prescribed functional and load tests before personnel work at height. Independent personal fall protection may be required.
O OSHA scaffold requirements are a useful reference for suspended scaffold work in the United States. Installation must also follow local regulations and the equipment manual.
Ordering Information
Provide the required load, working height, platform length, voltage, roof photographs and destination port. Wire ropes and cable should be specified for the full operating height with a suitable allowance. If the roof does not accept standard beams, provide parapet dimensions for review.
