ZLP Aluminum Suspended Platform Gondola for Window Cleaning
This ZLP aluminum suspended platform gondola is designed for safe, efficient access on high-rise buildings, curtain walls, facades, bridges, tanks, and other vertical work areas. It helps contractors replace traditional scaffolding with a reusable electric suspended working platform that is faster to install, easier to move, and suitable for global construction and maintenance projects.

Suspended Platform Hoist–Long Lasting Lifetime.
1. Støbelegemet er lavet af et specielt aluminiumsmateriale og er forarbejdet ved hjælp af tyngdekraftsstøbning på et importeret forarbejdningscenter. Produktet har god præcision og holdbarhed. Støbegods er mere modstandsdygtigt over for fald end trykstøbegods og er mindre tilbøjelige til at revne.
2. Drivskivens materiale er 40Cr, vægt 5,4 kg, og efter hærdning og overfladenitrering er den mere slidstærk og holdbar.
3. Snekkehjulet er lavet af tin-fosforbronze 9-4 kobber, 0,94 kg, god sejhed og slidstyrke. Materialet i snekke- og gearakslen er 38CrMoA1, hvoraf snekken er 0,48 kg, hvilket har god sejhed og slidstyrke.
4. Rebføringen er lavet af et specielt slidstærkt rustfrit stålmateriale, som ikke let beskadiges og ikke forårsager fastklemning. Omkostningerne ved fejl er ekstremt lave og behøver generelt ikke at blive udskiftet.
