Hoist, as the key part of suspended platform, is the power mechanism of the working platform.<\/p>\n

The hoist adopts electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor driving, drives the wire rope conveying mechanism after the deceleration of the worm gear and a pair of engaging gears. The wire rope conveying mechanism is mainly composed of a pair of driving wheel and the grooved internal gear.<\/p>\n

LTD63&LTD50 hoist working principle: The working wire rope shows the shape of \u201c\u03b1\u201d twisting in the \u201cV\u201dshape groove of the grooved internal gear. Make the hoist up and down along the working wire rope relying on the friction between the two sides of \u201cV\u201d shape groove.<\/p>\n

LTD80 hoist working principle: The working wire rope shows the shape of \u201cS\u201d twisting in the \u201cV\u201dshape groove of the grooved internal gear.<\/p>\n

A: Normally, we suggest to setup the scaffolding maximum to 30 meters. But some of our customers setup our scaffolding reach to 60 meters. According to safety documents, we need to setup a steel platform every 20 meters where the scaffolding can be setup continually.<\/p>\n

A: It depends on how you use it and how you store it. Normally, the life span of our scaffolding is 5-7 years.<\/p>\n
