Choosing the Correct ZLP Model

The ZLP500 is commonly selected for lighter cleaning and maintenance tasks. ZLP630 suits general facade work, while ZLP800 supports longer platforms or heavier project loads. ZLP1000 should be selected only after reviewing platform length, roof suspension and component specifications.

A suspended wire rope platform requires separate working and safety ropes, matched hoists and safety locks, a control box and an approved roof suspension arrangement. Confirm voltage, working height, platform length and destination requirements before production.

Safety and Maintenance

Inspect wire ropes, locks, hoists, electrical cables and suspension components before use. Damaged ropes or electrical parts must be replaced. Review the OSHA scaffold requirements where applicable and follow local regulations.
